Import from Metamask
Begin by exporting your seed phrase or private key from Metamask.
Not sure about the difference between a seed phrase and a private key? Let's start from the beginning.
How to export a seed phrase from Metamask
Open your Metamask browser extension and click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Click the “Settings” tab with the gear icon.
Click the “Security & Privacy” tab with the gear icon.
Click the “Reveal Secret Recovery Phrase” button outlined in red.
Enter your password and click “Next”.
Hold to reveal your seed phrase.

How to export a private key from Metamask
Open your browser extension and click the profile icon in the three dots on the upper right-hand corner.
Click the “Account details” tab.
Click the “Export private key” button outlined in blue.
Enter your password and click “Confirm” to reveal your private key.
